Paralyz3dxD
I've been searched the internet up and down finding all the Deathwing bits I can. I'm going to be starting an army soon myself, and want to have a fully DW detailed army. So far, I've found Deathwing Terminator Shoulderpads http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-4000...ULDER-PADS.html Rhino Accessories (Looks like they will fit the Land Raider as well) http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-4000...RONT-PLATE.html Dark Angels Chapter Upgrade http://www.games-workshop.com/gws/catalog/...dId=prod1060242 Is there anything that I have missed? And the Venerable Dreadnought that is in the DA Codex, is that an older Dread? Because they look quite a bit different now on the website. wheelballer
On forgeworld they also sell actual land raider doors. You can see them in the codex. Another good thing from forgeworld is the brass etches that they sell. They're quite nice for vehicle and the like. As far as the dread goes, it is the old metal model that has been replaced by the new plastic venerable dreadnought. I'm sure you'd be able to dig up a few of the metal dreads from ebay. You may even be able to find the really old normal DA dread that GW sold a long time ago. Paralyz3dxD
Hey would you look at that they do! I guess I'll just add to this list to help any other newbies to the Deathwing (Or Dark Angels themselves for that matter) Land Raider Doors http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-4000...IDER-DOORS.html Also just dug this up on Forge World.. Would this be around the same as the metal dread? http://www.forgeworld.co.uk/Warhammer-4000...READNOUGHT.html Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/202881-deathwing-parts/#findComment-2418034 Share on other sites
VAGABOND
I think the guys have pretty much covered everything, mind you have you seen the DA sprues from the RW Battleforce? Some of the parts on that could be useful to you aswell? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/202881-deathwing-parts/#findComment-2418206 Share on other sites
Wayward
I was about to start a thread, but I guess this could be useful for you too. Not a DA bit exactly, but a need for Deathwing if youre not using the classic metal Deathwing models. Those old models came with full Deathwing imagery, including feathers and a sheated short sword at the waist. I saw not that much ago a deathwing force made up with plastic terminators who had those sheated short swords in their waist, remember reading they came from an old space wolves kit. Cant find the thread anywhere, help anyone? Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/202881-deathwing-parts/#findComment-2418724 Share on other sites
