It isn't for sale by GW (currently), I'm sure of that. There's the possibility that it's an amalgam of minis.. but if so it's well done. Brother Tyler
It's an old 2nd edition Librarian mini. The version in the picture has been converted to have the bladed weapon. The stock mini has a force staff. It looks like the modeler just cut the head of the staff off and attached the blade. The left arm is a 2nd edition arm. The stock mini is cut off at the shoulder, allowing the modeler to attach a variety of arms from the 2nd edition sprue. Terminatorinhell
I think that is a conversion because the blade looks like it was from an ork.. edit: Darn Brother Tyler beat me to it. Dave the Twisted
I can't imagine why a lot of the 2nd Ed. stuff was removed from the shelf. They've still got a lot of cool models worth buying, like these Libbies for example. Koyote
Yup, that's my model. :P It is a 2nd edition Codicier 1 (#70083/2). It was originally armed with a staff and pistol. Back in 3rd edition I armed the model with a storm shield. I felt that the idea of storm shield and staff looked a bit odd, so I converted the staff into a glaive using a blade from an Ork knife. I also added the Blood Angels molded shoulder pad. Now that a Blood Angel Librarian in power armor cannot be equipped with a storm shield, I have removed the shield and added a bolt pistol. Hemal
You may be able to get them from Mail Order none-the-less - I would try that route. I have one or two older models kicking around as well, these things are fantastic.
