Mr. Bleak
Hey all, I recently got some stuff from ForgeWorld, some Battle Fleet Gothic stuff, and a few of the pieces are bent. How do I go about bending them back in to shape? I think I remember something about washing them in hot soapy water and bending them back then, but I'm not sure. Please help me out! Brother Nihm
You remember correctly, warm water. No need for soap, unless you haven't washed them before. Washing them helps remove dust, which in turn helps your paint stay on the resin. It becomes very pliable after only 10 secs. Mr. Bleak
Thanks, that worked out great. One more question- will resin pieces bond properly if I use Games Workshop Plastic Glue, or should I use the Super Glue? IcemanAAO
another way you can do this is to use a hair dryer to heat them up, then bend them back Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/203073-bent-forgeworld-pieces/#findComment-2420691 Share on other sites
