Why does someone paint Space Wolves purple/blue?

Hi,

 

here are two presents I have painted for two friends.

First the old man Dante and second a rune priest for a buddy who recently joined the hobby and is doing his own diy chapter. So it was his decision to paint his "Lost thirteenth" in this purple/blue combination. :-)
