If my libby dred rolls double 1's (or 6's) on his perils of the warp test what happens? He cant take a wound as he has none (dreds have no wounds) Does he take a pen hit or a glance hit? On what armor value? what str? is it ap1? HELP! It does cover this in your codex: pg. 29, under "Psyker", last sentence. Bottom right corner. And you just take what it says, no AVs needed.
