They are gorgeous! I love them, especially how the one next to the rhino seems to be stalking its prey ;) . Can't wait until they re done!

Something to think about: what about making armor sections separately that can be glued on. That way you don't have to re-sculpt the whole thing and can still cater to the 40k audience. Cyber wolves for the Iron priest would eventually be nice though...

Sorry to bring this up but does anybody know why these things are not available?

I've never bought from e-bay so I know nothing. Also is this guy reliable? If not who do you consider reliable for this product? A lot of questions I know.

Thanks a lot Wolves

Caot.Fab the guy received so much bad feedback he is probably operating under a new name - Mythicast. The bad feedback was due to long shipping times. Apperently there are some here at the Fang who have received them after a month or two of waiting.

As for the models, Paulson congrats they are excellent, especially the proportions vis-a-vis the rhino. If games GW doesn't issue models for TW by the end of the year I probably will have to choose between yours and the Philipino ones (Mythicast).

Yes the shipping does take time from the Phillipines, but totally worth it in my opinion. The guy told me 30 days not including weekends and holidays and thay was when they came right in. They are coming from the Phillipines afterall.

Most people complaining and leaving negative feedback did not count the shipping correctly to take into account distance or customs. I will be buying from him again.

Yeah, a lot of people on ebay are too eager to get something, not realizing that shipping times exist. Hell, I got something not too long ago and had an odd option for shipping that was dirt cheap from the UK. Turned out the box would have been put on a freighter and sailed across the pond...

Personally, the Mr. Dandy ones look WAY too cartoony for me.

Armorcast has the ugliest looking rat possible.

The philipino ones are very nice, but slightly on the cartoony side.

Still waiting to see the price on the Microart Studios' beautiful wolf.

Would also like to see some prices on Paulson Games wolves.

The best ones I have seen are Paulson Games and Microart Studios.

I'm really liking these, they may turn out to be my favorites so far. However as other people have mentioned they could probably use at least the option for armor plates or maybe a bionic leg or two. Right now they just look a bit too "Natural" for the way TWC mounts are described.

I can see your point but I think the "natural" makes them look nice and sleek. Looking forward to seeing more of the Paulson wolves...and the price tag.

Hey guys, just wanted to throw a little info out on the ebay guys (Mythicast) . A buddy bought some from the original seller and never got them. He filed a complaint thru paypal and got a quick email from Mythicast. Apparently Mythicast has bought out the original owner and trying to do a better job. Don't know how this will go but that is the story I got. I believe he is going to get his money back. So Mythicast is different from the original guy. Also shipping from the Phillipines is a nightmare. I have a buddy that works for Customs and he deals with shipping stuff from all over the world. Third world countries have issues.

For my money the Mr. Dandy ones are the safer of the two. I got ine just as his were hitting the mainstream. He got so busy he did not mail mine on time. I emailed him and told him I was hoping to get them for Adepticon this year. At no extra charge he overnighted them and gave me a set of extra riding legs. Great service in my book. Cartoonie yeah I will got there but they are the best ones out in my opinion.

That's fair, but just having an optionf or something that more closely matches the codex description could hardly be considered a bad thing.

The wolves will going for $20 so they'll be in the same price range as the Mr. Dandy ones. (check the sig below)

IMO the hang up points on the Dandy wolves is they are way oversized, seem like they are almost the size of a rhino, and their expressions seem a bit comical. Not bashing the designs, just they aren't my cup of tea which is why I came up with my own set of models.

I agree, the Mr Dandy TW are too large and have a manga-esque look to them. I wouldn't mind there size for a Wolf Lord, but not for TWC units. I think yours are more natural looking (in lieu of a better term). As for the Mythicast/Philipino ones, I think they are better value for money if you compare their prices to yours and they don't look too bad. Over all though, I think your multi-kit product fits my tastes best up till now, but the best TW I've seen to date has to be the Micro Art wolf. Unfortunately it is not multi-part.
