Depends on the order you want to do it in, but yeah, the immobilized becomes weapon destroyed in this case.

No, actually they count as deep striking too, as anything inside something that DSs counts as DSing, if you follow the DA FAQ.

Internal Guidance System has no impact on anything other than impassable terrain or other models, so tempests wrath wouldn't stop it dropping within range.

 

as for the impact on the squads, differen FAQs say different things. The squad counts as deepstriking, that much is clear (see the BA codex about models in deepstriking land raiders). The question comes as to whether disembarking triggers a dangerous terrain test. The BRB faqs says ye, the SW faq says no. Best option, discuss it with your group.
