Sons of Erebor
I was thinking of having a fictional battle, in which a GW codex chapter (the Black Templars) aided my DIY Chapter, is this okay to do, or is it more of a taboo thing? Ferrata
It depends on the scale of the assist. If it is something big that then goes onto forming a massive relationship between the two, then no - it would have been mentioned when talking about the Black Templars. If it is a one off fight, a few oaths of brotherhood sworn with one another and they united a second or third time, then it should be fine. Sons of Erebor
Well, what I'm thinking is something of, my chapter lost sizeable parts of its 1st 2nd and 3rd companies before the Black Templars came to assist. And while the help of the Black Templars didn't completely overhaul the chapter, their aid did affect the organization of the Chapter, and its actions (i.e. making 4 companies permanent crusading companies).
