Greetings from the Eastern Fringe!

Recommended Posts

Hello!

I started playing 40k last year as part of a school Games Club. I played Tau for a year and then branched off into Sisters of Battle. Lately I've been looking into starting a Black Templars army. I was directed here by a friend to learn a thing or two about the chapter so I could figure out what I wanted. I'm liking what I see so far, so I decided to join the community.

I've never been much of a forum-follower, I'm more of a lurker, but if I have something constructive to say I won't hesitate to post!

Welcome to the Bolter and Chainsword!

I have to say I enjoy crushing the Tau in Dawn of War (not having had the pleasure to do so on tabletop). I'm sure you'll find the Black Templars a refreshing change. I also run a Dornian successor Chapter of my own devising, the Doom Guard, who while certainly not as accomplished as the Templars, are still proud sons of Dorn. I recommend you check out the Call to Arms thread for inspiration of the sons of Dorn.

Anyway, I hope you do find this forum as useful as I have.

Feel free to bother me with any questions,

The Normish.
