Deus_Sanguinius
I am sorry, I think this question has already been asked somehow but I couldn't find the right thread. So my question is, can Mephiston cast his 3 psychic powers (including his force weapon which counts as 1 psychic power as well right?!) each player or each game turn? My apologize if this has been cleared already somewhere else. And sorry for my "bad" english. :) Cheers Sang Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/204349-mephiston-psychic-powers/ Share on other sites
JamesI
The BRB says any rule discussing turns means player turn unless otherwise specified. A Librarian can use 1 power a player turn. An episoltary librarian can use 2 powers each player turn, Mephiston can use 3 each player turn. Deus_Sanguinius
Ah I see. Thanks. But Transfixing Gaze is not a psychic power in that case, because it is listed in the special rule section right? Yes, that's right. It's an excellent ability and when it works saves you the risk of more perils and/or frees up a power to use your force weapon if needed (since you may not need to cast unleash rage).
