vikingwolves
I feel like I have asked this before, but I need to ask again. When you roll again for ones, do you get to roll those ones again if they come up on your 3rd+ role? Wolf Guard Nostromo
Yep, no invulnerable runic armor wearing ICs for us. This makes me sad :) . Aah, welcome to memory lane... At least we don't have to put up with opponents moaning about our re-rolls anymore... they have Blood Angels for that now  Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/204645-wolf-standard/#findComment-2440483 Share on other sites

Frostwulf
If you have a wolf priest in the group and re-roll failed hits with preferred enemy, can you then reroll any 1's using the standard? stinkenheim
nope as you are re-rolling a re-roll. +edit+ curses spent so long typing up a fairly coherent response in the BA forums that by the time i answered this someone had beaten me to it. Jonny
I have a bit of a noob question on Wolf Standards. If I put the Wolf standard with a Grey Hunter unit that has Wolf Lord (or any other IC or WG) attached would it allow me to use it on them or would it only apply to the GH? If I put the Wolf standard with a Grey Hunter unit that has Wolf Lord (or any other IC or WG) attached would it allow me to use it on them or would it only apply to the GH? It works for everyone in the unit, even temporary members, such as attached Independent Characters or Wolf Guard assigned as Pack Leaders. Grey Mage
And remember, when they say any roll, they mean "any". So if you have, for instance, Ragnar in the squad and his beserk charge comes up a 1, an actual 1, on the die- you can reroll it. WG Vrox
Some famious re rolls other than the obvious to hit and to wound and AV saves Rerolling MotW attack rolls Rerolling Ragnar beserk rolls If you want to fail leadership you can reroll 1s Rerolling move through cover assault dice I am sure there are a few more I am missing. So if you have, for instance, Ragnar in the squad and his beserk charge comes up a 1, an actual 1, on the die- you can reroll it. Would you not actually be able to re-roll both an actual 1 and 2 on the dice as both of those make the "result of 1"? Or perhaps that is what you meant by an actual 1 and then please ignore this. Some famious re rolls other than the obvious to hit and to wound and AV saves If you want to fail leadership you can reroll 1s Related to my reply to GM. You cannot do this (it is in the FAQ) as there never comes up a "result of 1" on a leadership test. The lowest you can get is 2. Assuming that you are referring to the common scenario of using a d6 to replicate the d3 used for determining Ragnar's bonus attacks on the charge, then yes, any d6 rolls of either a 1 or a 2 may be rerolled, because both of these results on the d6 are used as a convention and actually represent a roll of a 1 on the d3. The Wolf Standard allows you to reroll all results of a 1, and do not specify that it is only for d6 roll. Since Ragnar's charge uses a d3 and not a d6, the reroll is appropriate for any outcome of a 1 for that d3, regardless of how you arrived at it.
