Obliterator

Rescently I decided to start a new army. I used to play orks for a long time, as I'm a great fan of converting. After my army was lost by my friend on a ETC tournament abroad (he forgot the bag in a taxi).

I recieved cash from him and started a space wolf all-terminator army. The choice of space wolves was because of their highly competitive army book. But even with that, my "orky" nature refused playing marines, so I was almost planning to sell all those terminators... But then... I decided to work on a Chaos space marine army based on obliterators and terminators. Probably nurgle or tzeentch themed, not sure yet. And here is the first obliterator. He's not SM terminator based, he's based on FB ogre, since I had plenty of them for ork nobz before. This guy is nurgly, but if I choose tzeentch I already know how the colors can fix it.

The bits are: ogre body, part of sprue (peg), ork choppas, ogre fist (head), chaos warrior shield, scout heavy bolter, necron spine, ork shoota, screw, radio part (han lower barrel)

The idea- since obliteration virus can infect anyone, not only techmarine, obliterators have to come in different shapes, not only marine-armor-clad

Love it! Orky Parts fit well with the feel of the Miniature. The Mask is great also; this will look fantastic when Painted. Really nice, keep up the work; I'll keep an eye open for future topics. :)

i believe that he used an ogre for the ogre kingdoms range, maybe a lead belly judging by the heavy bolter protruding from where the plate should be
