Yes, his "mod" buddy is one of the admins. A mess of discussions was created by you, all working towards the same topic - the creation of your DIY Chapter. Note that DIY Chapter creation isn't just about background development. Liber Astartes covers all of the elements that go into the creation of a Chapter, including Chapter badge, name, color scheme, etc. The reason all of the discussions were moved into one big mess was because they were all about the same thing, and was better to have one big mess in the appropriate forum, Liber Astartes, than three smaller ones that overlap extensively in an inappropriate forum, Amicus Aedes. As I said in my earlier recommendation to you, if you want to blog about the creation of your Chapter, the best thing to do is to create your own blog here at the B&C. That way you can cover the length and breadth of your work.

Another option is to post painting discussions in the painting forum. The question here comes into whether or not you are experimenting with color schemes and what-not or if you are displaying your work. In the case of the former where it might be argued that the color scheme isn't final and you're looking for input on what to do with regard to determining a final color scheme, Liber Astartes might be appropriate since we're still in the realm of Chapter development. In the latter case, PCA is definitely a good place; though it should be stressed that Liber Astartes isn't necessarily inappropriate if you're still in the realm of finalizing your choices and displaying the color scheme of your DIY Chapter.

The key is that you need to slow down your posting and find the appropriate forum(s) to post in before you post. There are a lot of resources here at the B&C and it makes it easier for everyone if you proceed methodically instead of shotgunning everything out willy nilly. What you did was post a progression of thoughts on the same topic in separate discussions. First was the nonsensical statement about Chaos Space Marines, indicating why you chose a loyalist Chapter. Then came some basic information on your loyalist Chapter. Then came the comments regarding painting your loyalist Chapter. They were all a mess individually, but the central theme is your loyalist Chapter.

Here's some updated fluff! ;): The Imperial Enforcers geneseed has a major problem. If they are losing a battle, they run back to they're drop point, quickly make some snipers out of metal parts and springs lying around (this is warhammer, you know ;) ) and snipe each enemy one by one. The geneseed also has a major advantage; they're eyes are completely amazing. They can see miles away as clearly as 2 feet away. This makes it easier to pinpoint the enemy.

Griffon, please leave the modding to the mods.

Nagata, if you want to develop the chapter I suggest having a read through the Guide to DIYing and looking at some of these chapters that are in the Librarium. These should help you get an idea of how to write an IA and what kind of things need to be put in there :pirate:
