reddrago99
Hello, I am in need of a second opinion. I have several different golds for a upcoming Sanguinary Guard list I am planning on and would like some opinions on which looks better. Here is the first one http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w308/ogre_99_99/Sanguinary%20Guard/th_100_0850.jpg http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w308/ogre_99_99/Sanguinary%20Guard/th_100_0851.jpg And the second one http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w308/ogre_99_99/Sanguinary%20Guard/th_100_0853.jpg http://i179.photobucket.com/albums/w308/ogre_99_99/Sanguinary%20Guard/th_100_0854.jpg I am leaning towards the first one, The darker gold should contrast with the red, white and misc other colors I will be using. Any thoughts later redd here is a link to my blog for all five needlessly complicated golds http://fromtheogreslair.blogspot.com/2010/...idas-touch.html if you are interested that is... Brother of the Temple
I agree with you. I think the first paint scheme will look better with the rest of the Blood Angel colors. There is also more definition/shading that makes it more striking. SquigBait
I agree about the 1st one. It lends more depth and interest to the model. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/204929-the-midas-touch/#findComment-2445005 Share on other sites
