Isiah
Nice neat division of the armour colours which is a make or break feature :D. I've seen some people highlight both sides of the division for a more dramatic visual effect – but I prefer the straight break myself as you have it. Cheers I Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/205059-angels-sanguine/#findComment-2445980 Share on other sites

Midnightmare
Firstly sorry to hear about your Grandad Mini's look pretty good, maybe pick out the detail (such as the gems) as this really lifts a mini and perhaps a final edge highlight on both the black and red. Green eyes are better than the red ;) Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/205059-angels-sanguine/#findComment-2478001 Share on other sites
Replica
Sorry about your loss mate. The only thing I think needs fixing is the mould line on the plasma pistol, and perhaps evening the halved pattern on the back pack if I was to get really picky, but the mini looks magnificent! Tomevans
Very nice models mate, I agree that you need to pick out the gems on the model to make it stand out a little more. You seem to have missed quite a few mould lines too but apart from that great job. Pig Of Sparta
Sorry to hear about your Grandad, real life can be so unkind sometimes. I think this mini has come up really well. I love the use of the Chaplain's arm and the pose is really good too. I agree with what others have said about the gems, it's not essential but it will bring the detail out a little. The other thing I'd suggest is watering down a little Chaos Black mixed with Scorched Brown (as if you were going to make a wash) then running it into the recesses of the gold detailing. The gold looks good just now, but this'll provide a little more contrast and make the raised details stand out a little more. Any plans for the random mini's you bought? Rob_Loken
Ace posing. It really looks like he's going to womp someone right in the chops. Good work with the half scheme too. They're a pain to get right but look great when you do. Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/205059-angels-sanguine/#findComment-2480079 Share on other sites
