Hey Folks,

Anyway this is going to be my completed thread,

This is the first one i have done and before anyone mentions it I know about the repair job i need to do on the right leg dam it :( and just noticed i not done the highlights on the power fist so will get that done to lol :P

So what does everyone think ??

Been my local GW today aswell & bought some random mini's.

Pedro Kantor

Dark Angels Chapter Master(with cloak over shoulder)

Cato Sicarius of the UM's

Sorry to hear about your Grandad, real life can be so unkind sometimes.

I think this mini has come up really well. I love the use of the Chaplain's arm and the pose is really good too. I agree with what others have said about the gems, it's not essential but it will bring the detail out a little. The other thing I'd suggest is watering down a little Chaos Black mixed with Scorched Brown (as if you were going to make a wash) then running it into the recesses of the gold detailing. The gold looks good just now, but this'll provide a little more contrast and make the raised details stand out a little more.

Any plans for the random mini's you bought?

Thanks

James
