My Blood Angels WIP

Here are a few of My BA. As you can see I do not subscribe to the "Blood Red" scheme, as frankly I have had enough blood taken out and but into me to know what color blood really is. I want to finish these models up but the current meds I am on make my hands all shaky so I can only base coat models.

This is one of my Assault Squad Sgt. He needs some final work done with chapter and company markings and battle damage.

This was my first try at battle damage. I think it came out pretty well,. Some of it is rather exaggerated though.

A work in progress Librarian, I was experimenting on the blue. I think I like it, it will be a nice compliment to the deep red.

Comments? Criticism? I don't see many armies done with this color scheme so I am wondering what other people think of it.

 

I use a 50/50 Blood Red/Desert Yellow as a highlight, as I prefer rather subtle tones, which probably get lost from far away, but oh well.
