Good morning gents! Long time lurker, I think I may have posted a mini or two in the past but for the life of me I cant remember my old user, so ill just use this one! I managed to rescue my old minis from way back and have decided to pick up the brush once again! I'm glad to see B&C is still alive and well, now on with some pics!

 

First is the Dread I converted before I dropped the hobby with some inspiration from here, cant remember who in particular made it sadly. Brother Thor! Albeit the paint is very thick, back then I didnt really understand the whole thinning process :P I'll eventually get to converting/painting a new one but for now he will have to do.

His legs were originally Sentinel with the dread greaves and a spare Lascannon cover I had from my landraider, same goes for the assault cannon, i've always thought the one you get with the dread looks too small/stubby, but thats just me.

 

And for you chaos fans! If any of you guys play Soul Calibur you'll know what i'm talking about, surprised I haven't seen more living weapons, either that or I wasn't looking hard enough :P

Since these he's had the right arm done with GS/Genestealer hand and some extra plague on his backpack as well, along with being painted of course. My first time using GS, was a bit intimidated at first but overall i'm pretty happy with how it turned out. I'll try to get some updated pics as soon as I can find my camera :)
