Whitefireinferno Posted June 28, 2010 Share Posted June 28, 2010 Okay me and a mate are having a arguement about the Veiws the IW had towards the Thousand sons and I Think I remember during the 3.5 ed the IW could only take a Unit of beserkers as like a 0-1 choice or something like that and other than that everything had to be Undevided correct? Nevertheless, it is possible to field TS in an IW army by the rule of counts as: their rules perfectly suit one of the IW's close allies, a dark mechanicus legio cybernetica robot maniple (castigator class), lead by a IW Techmarine and upgraded with the daemonic/warp tech the IW are known for. 3rd edition is over, so you don't have to feel bound by restrictions that no longer apply and are free to build your force as it makes sense to you - in fact, "counts as" makes even more sense now to represent old fluff that got left out in the newest codex.
