Tempests Wrath VS Drop Pods

I know this has been addressed before, but I can't find it :)

If I cast Tempests Wrath, in what ways does it affect drop pods coming into play in the next turn?

1. Drop Pod counts as Deep striking - requires a dangerous terrain test Vs Immbolisation/ Weapon Destroyed

2. Drop Pod and Embarked Squad are considered deep striking rule, and everything requires a dangerous terrain test

3. Neither are considered Deep Striking, but instead just follow the same ruling and therefore are not affected by

the psychic power at all.

What happens is the DP is certainly DSing- so we end up with it taking a dangerous terrain test- wich can give an immobilized result. Since it takes one just for coming into play, itll end up being a weapon destroyed result instead.

The occupants count as deep striking for the rest of the turn- you dont take tests for disembarking, but should they decide to run theyll have to test for dangerous there.

there are two different FAQ's which mention this sort of thing.

The SW FAQ says no, disembarking doensn't trigger dangerous terain tests.

The BRB FAQ says it does.

At the end of the day whichever way you play it is right, so just talk to our group/opponent.
