The head on the termie is magnetized so it goes on the other body too if I can't find a good helmet for him. It is something I like to see in Chaos armies to show that they aren't all slavering madmen, but are in fact well-trained supersoldiers pledging their allegiance and superior skill to the dark gods. I figure that even someone like a World Eater can be a decent Captain when he needs to be, organizing his troops into an effective assault formation to maximize the number of skulls taken for Khorne, even if their rage gets the better of them and it just so happens that 2 or 3 less people come out of the Rhino than went in. It's been shown in the 4ed Chaos Codex that World Eaters do indeed use tactics and strategy... Well, some of them anyway. Khârn's outta that ballpark and a tad off his rocker, but it could be acceptable fluff for your commander to be a tactical thinker with a similar fighting style and his Khorne-inspired moment of "worship".
