Martini Henrie
Here are the majority of the Exorcists I still have to paint, unfortunately I've undercoated them so the pics aren't the greatest. Sorry :) Tac Squad, 1 of 2 http://i494.photobucket.com/albums/rr309/KeptinJack/Marins/Exorcists016.jpg Sternguard, 3 of 4 half squads http://i494.photobucket.com/albums/rr309/KeptinJack/Marins/Exorcists012.jpg http://i494.photobucket.com/albums/rr309/KeptinJack/Marins/Exorcists013.jpg http://i494.photobucket.com/albums/rr309/KeptinJack/Marins/Exorcists014.jpg Scouts, 1 of 2 http://i494.photobucket.com/albums/rr309/KeptinJack/Marins/Exorcists015.jpg I also have some terminators to dig out that will be becoming Exorcists too, if and when I find them :)
GlauG
I can't deny that I was really sad too see that these weren't Rhino-mounted Pipe-organs. That said, your painted Sternguard looks great. Personally not fond of the Scout heads, but to each their own.
Liath
Really love your red ! Do you mind sharing the recipe ?
Martini Henrie
The base cooat is a dark red, roughly 3 parts Mecharius red to 1 part undercoat black. Mid tone is Mech red, and hightlight is 2 parts mech red to 1 part blood red. Last stage for me is Ronseal matt floor varnish, wheich nicely blends the colours. It also protects as the boards I play on have a bad habbit of chipping everything.
