Firenze
Ideas: 1: Make axe bigger. There is no such thing as an axe thats too big. 2: Extend the handle out to make it longer while making the distance between the aex head and handle shorter. 3: Combine these to make the ultimate awesome axe of doom. :D Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/205991-is-this-axe-conversion-to-long/page/2/#findComment-2465844 Share on other sites

Calacorm
Glimpse I like the idea! what I would do is place the blade a closer to the hand, while extending the grip below the hand. That way it looks like he is welding it closer to the center, and would fix the unwieldiness look that others have mentioned. Regardless, it looks good as is anyways. This, a slightly bigger head wouldn't hurt either, either double bladed, or halberd style with a spike-like protrusion off the back. Beef
Max always has the biggest axe on this forum. By the way I am in Denhaag max visiting family. A big axe is fine as long as its held double handed especially if its very long. Captain Juan Juarez
The blade is far too small to be mounted on such a large haft. EDIT: From the pictures on the first page, I feel I need to add! Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/205991-is-this-axe-conversion-to-long/page/2/#findComment-2485410 Share on other sites
Glimpse the Void
i've pimped grimnar's axe.....i've lost the original axe head :( http://www.netfrag.org/~smurf/warhammerkram/WIP/GrimnarWIP2.jpg Grimnar won't miss it, the new one looks more like something that would count as face wrecking powerfist. As for my axe, I've decided to make it double headed. I may remove that power box.
