Redfinger
I have a land raider crusader that I am wanting to make up for my terminators specificaly. I am thinking of making some changes that will alter sleightly the way it looks, with out changing the overall dimensions too* much. I am wondering how far can I go before it is no longer leagal at tournements? I would hate to do all that work and not be allowed to use it. SquigBait
So long as the model uses 100% games workshop parts or plastic and putty work that you have done yourself and it still follows the What You See Is What You Get rules, then you can still use it. I found out the hard way with my IG that GW no longer supports the old 75% GW ruling when I was told to leave since my figures are entirely Games Workshop parts except for the gas mask heads. chromedog
Depends on the tournament and store and which douchebags are running it. Seriously. One may have a "must be entirely GW (100%) miniatures and must be glued and painted using nothing but GW products" and another could be a rather lax 50% GW minimum with no recognizable other manufacturer parts. Some countries differ to others. I wouldn't be caught dead in most of our GW stores here - and GW don't run tourneys here (haven't for 4 years and we haven't noticed.)
