I normally dont post on painted works because I have no skills what so ever, but if I may say something it would be that perhaps you could have painted the nids carapace a different color to contrast with the blue of the marine. It kind of just blends in from the rear and IMO would be best to have them as opposite as possible to represent their hatred for eachother. Lacerus thanks a lot, as for the tyranid, i painted him that way because i tried playing tyranids for a couple weeks a while ago and thats how i ended up painting the nids so i kinda got used to painting them that way. KhorneHunter57x Posted July 11, 2010 Share Posted July 11, 2010 I think you did a great job of capturing the theme of the pictured Blood Raven, and combining it with the Ultramarine's greatest foe. I also noticed that the paint scheme on the 'Nid is close to that of Hive Fleet Behemoth. Even if it is not intentional, I think that adds even more character to an already great mini.
