Hey all, I was thinking about getting a techpriest to use as a Chaos Lord in my Army and was wondering what everbody thinks about converting it. I was thinking about using some possessed bits to replace the mechandrites. does anyone else have any ideas?

I fought a chaos tech-priest army from UKGT 08, army done well getting up for best painted & the oppent was a solid person, so hope these photos help out a bit with idea's

My Termies EPIC FAIL on there scatter & I rolled for my oppent to place them. Andy had them set on my right hand side that the very corner so they where out the game... but still 140pts worth alive :cuss

Andy mange to hide his Obliterator among mine... wound how long my IW will take to notice a few more Oblit among our ranks :)

Overall my oppent Andy has use

Forge World Chaos Guards bodies

Chaos Space Marines legs & Arms (with out the shoulder pad)

For the specil weapons he'd convert up servitor to carry them.

 

For the Daemon Prince model I belive he use the Eldar pathfinder from the =][= range with some green stuff & also useing the Damien 1427 & Inquisitor Delphan Gruss

 

Game wise it was just normal Chaos Space Marines, but he'd also use Nurgle Marines for the feel no pain depend the list he use for the event or friendly games.
