It's a bit blurry so it's hard to see clearly, but from what I can tell it looks really good!

Thx a lot for the comment B)!

I've painted a little bit and those are the W.I.P. of 2 wolf guard.

This is my favourite, Thorgil Blackfang, master of the hunt.

When he blow in his horns it means that the hunt begins!

This is Halfdan.

He comes from the south tribes.

liking your choice of colour palette and they are beginning to look very nice.

only comment would be that it looks like there is a lack of depth in the shading in the armour - though it may be just wash out from the camera.

I was thinking to do a final wash with Badad Black (i've used only Asurmen Blue) but i don't know how they could look like!

Maybe i'll try with some PA marine B)!

thx for the comment :P.

these look great man! cant wait to see a whole pack of wolf guard tearing it up with their lord.

i kind of agree with the above poster on the depth of shading but just really around the lightning claw thumbs, but thats just how that part is molded. its bugged me as well, having to go in and line it.

thx a lot dude!

I don't know how to make deeper shadows..i've tried to use badad black on a PA wolf and it really sucks...and Asurmen Blue would make them more..blue :tu:.

well do you already have a dummy mini for this scheme? if you dont it doesnt even have to be a space marine youre gonna use, just something with some texture, lines and a decent amount of surface. you can try all kinds of mixtures on it.

this might sound wierd but to tone down the blue in washes i mix in some brown. you could try 1 part black 1 art blue 1 part brown and just experiment before doing anything to your pretty much finished models

just keep in mind that when the model is being played with or on display its looked at from at least a foot or two away

oh yeah...

this is called by some extremists cheating, but if you look around at arts and crafts stores and online you can find super fine micro pens. you can pre mark out designs before paintin on the mini, line armor plates and "dot" the eyes

it worked great for me on my iron warriors and death guard

Or you could step away from the washes, and simply mix some black/brown into your base colour and paint it into the recesses. Will take some time, though, but your models look really good so far, why not making them look even better? :tu:
