Do they have loads of these lying about or just a few? thanks!

Fluffwise I have never ran across any statement of the rarity of any of the items named in the Codex. I figure you can either call it various faithful texts that the Sister's quote from, or they could all be copies of the same book (dispite being post Dark Age of Technology timewise, I haven't seen anything yet that says the Imperium doesn't have the equivalent of a printing press!). Either way, multiple instances are good to go :)

Surely the Inquisition has ranks upon ranks of cells with monks copying out Illuminated Manuscripts?

These texts would only be handed out to those proven Worthy, but that would include any and all Sisters of Battle groups.

It's likely that the book can, and will be reproduced.

Just remember, every Grey Knight has a copy of the Liber Daemonica in their chestplate, and there is roughly 3000 of them. It's entirely possible to reproduce books. In fact, books like St Lucius and the Grimoire of True Names are likely made post-Dark Age, so they must have printing presses or an equivalent.

Scribes, I'd guess that there would be a raft of scribes or servitors copying out such books by hand (or whatever other writing appendage they are equipped with). In fact due to the nature of books such as the liber daemonica mind scrubbed servitors would be the key to writing out daemons true names.

As you should know, Inquisitor, the most effective way of mind-scrubbing is death!
