spacewolf75
So, like the title says, I have finally gotten around to painting a Blood Claw from the new kit. Tried a new paint style and scheme, inspired by the guys at the space wolves blog. So, without further ado, here is Brother Nils of the Space Wolves (pre-h). http://img291.imageshack.us/img291/3016/img0691ua.jpg http://img576.imageshack.us/img576/9062/img0693l.jpg http://img188.imageshack.us/img188/2918/img0694ex.jpg http://img135.imageshack.us/img135/1724/img0695a.jpg C+C is welcome! Mac the knife
Looks pretty good. A light drybrush of Dwarf Bronze on the runes on the helmet really adds a nice little highlight also a wash for the furry parts will make the model feel a bit more complete. I can't speak to much else because the light is a bit dark so i can't see the little details too well. Though may i ask how you painted the red on the shoulderpads? it looks almost metallic. Thanks man! The pad is Mechrite Red with an old GW Red ink over it. I like the inks better than the washes, personally.
Night Runner
Great work brother. I especially like the white fur and rune. It blends in well as a whole. Congrats.
