Hello brothers, just thought I would start up a little thread to help motivate me to finish my space wolves. Little background, been playing warhammer/40k on and off for about 8 or so years. Space wolves were the reason i started playing all those years ago and I have recently started getting a lot more involved in my hobby so any feedback etc. is welcome.

[Captain Trivia]

Nice, I like the eye black, gives a nice "Imma mess you up" look to the guy. Pretty good paint job overall. Are you going to keep the wolf claws black?

I'm glad you like it Captain Trivia, The claws are going to be a dark blue with lightning through them. I have pretty much nearly finished that guy, just got to finish up his claws and a couple of trinkets here and there. I have also just finished magnetising different weapon options for my terminators and my lord of which i will be posting pics tomorrow as well as pics of the rest of my WIP army.

looks great, like the looks of SW painted codex grey. Just in the process of rebuilding my own SW army with the new sprues... so reading your post just got me motivated to prime and paint...=)

@Brissebrajan, I'm glad I have motivated you, I find motivating myself to be hard as well! You will have to post some of your stuff up for us to look at.

 

@Beef, Haha not quite what I was expecting but a now that I think about it he kinda does look like chucky. I prefer the dark rings/liner as it makes the eyes stand out more

 

@LoneSniperSG, I'm not that good a painter, I have just read a lot of forums and tutorials and had a go at them. The biggest thing is to not be afraid, just go for it, try it and if it doesn't work, strip it and start again!
