Isiah
As always kanan I love seeing your models :D. As to the rules -- I would say given the relative weakness of the armour the tanks are looking expensive options as slot-filler units of one (even with the weapon choices on offer). One strike and it's out weapons an all. Maybe think about them as dedicated transport options? And incorpotate more 'DA' elements into them. For instance the Space Marine Recon LAV could be have Scout ability (a nice fit with the RW). Space Marine Hurricane Assault APC could have the deepstrike ability (dropped in by Thunderhawk on a low run) and be a bit more Land Raidery with regards AV. Just thinking aloud. Kudos on great model adaptations. Cheers I Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/208280-rules-for-custom-models/#findComment-2485265 Share on other sites

kanan
hey Isiah ~grins~ apologies for being away from the boards for so long. how are things with you? and thanks for the input concerning the rules, i will definately incorporate what you suggested in the rules revision and also reduce the points a bit. i only put them on the high side points wise due to my DA Techmarines ability to make such vehicles from secret STC archives held at the Rock and their rarity. thanks for the input mate. hey Beef, as requested some scale pics with Marines for you ~smiles~ enjoy. thanks HiveFleetEzekial for the show of approval, these models are in no ways finished as i often go back and change things when i have a new idea hence the reason theyre not acually painted yet. im glad you like what i have came up with. many thanks and here are those scale pics http://i161.photobucket.com/albums/t229/zrolimit88/DSC06147.jpg http://i161.photobucket.com/albums/t229/zrolimit88/DSC06148.jpg peace Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/208280-rules-for-custom-models/#findComment-2485433 Share on other sites
