Night Runner
Here are the links: http://www.masq-mini.de/ http://modellierworkshop.blogspot.com/ Not bad IMHO. Once again, what do the members of The Fang, ultimate authority in all things Space Wolfy, think about it? Simo429
Why do they have a jelly baby sat on them? Is this what the wolves of russ have become Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/208365-new-thunder-wolf-models-from-masquerade-miniaturen/#findComment-2486214 Share on other sites
Vlk
Unless they have much bigger gummy bears in Germany, I think they're far too small for space marines. Bulweih
Although we have special Gummibears of greater size, I don't think it's one of them ;) . I've seen this one WIP from the start and seen a pic with a SW mounted, the size is fine. It will look rather small compared to a "dandywolf", but looks good on a 60mm base. MY only drawback is the head, none so far has matched the ferocious look of those Fenriswolves in the pic of their codex entry :) . But the way I see it, as long as one already has a pack, one should wait till next year, because I guess that's when we'll know if there are going to be some of FW/GW or not :( . LPetersson
I think it looks a bit too much like a bat, but it's nice to have choice... It would be great as well to have ti next to a model so we could see how big it is... Rune_Priest_Rhapsody
I actually do not like the riding saddle. I think the head is one of the more ferocious looking ones I have seen so far, even if it does remind me slightly of a fruit bat!! I am waiting on the GW/FW models myself, this way I can focus on my Grimnar/Blackmane army first and save the Canis army for once the official models are released. -R_P_R Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/208365-new-thunder-wolf-models-from-masquerade-miniaturen/#findComment-2486488 Share on other sites
Grey Mage
I like it alright, but I think the legs are to skinny to be my favorites. Karack Blackstone
Bat-headed Wolf? Just doesn't quite look right to me, ears and all on that head. Grimtooth
Seems pretty rodent like for me. The face and the skinny legs remind be of the bat/rat that people are pointing out. Emperor's Scourge
I like it. Only running one Thunderwolf Lord though so no point in picking up another "giant wolf." Levitas
Kinda reminds me of an angry squirrel pose with a fruit bat face.
