My Wolf Guard (+ Special Rules I"m making)

Some group shots. I'm thinking of making each member have specific roles. One could be a field medic which I would make rules along the lines of a Wolf Priest's apprentice. The engineer could be considered as an Iron Priest in training. I'd keep a scout with the option of a sniper rifle and some rules like stealth, move through cover and infiltrate. I'm considering a psyker/engineer and deeming him an Alchemist as he could use psychic power to build and repair machines.

I am hoping you guys could give me some C&C on the models/idea/stats and points. Thanks.

I'm going to add some exhaust pipes and stay wires on his bionic arm and create a miniature servo-arm for his back. The back photo didn't turn out well so I'll post a cleaner one when I post my other guys.
