CCW bonus attacks question

Do the bonus attacks granted by the various close combat weapon combinations on p.42 of the 5th Edition Rulebook stack? So say a model has a Power Sword and a Bolt Pistol—does he get one bonus attack for having two close combat weapons and then another bonus attack for having a special weapon and a normal weapon?

 

Also, are Storm Shield normal or special close combat weapons (or are they close combat weapons at all)?

Nope, they dont stack as they're all bonuses for two weapons, not bonuses for weapon X and weapon A.

 

Also, are Storm Shield normal or special close combat weapons (or are they close combat weapons at all)?

 

Storm sheilds specificaly state that you may never get an extra attack due to two close combat weapons when taking one, so its a moot point whether they are or not.
