Taz
Hey I've been puzzling over this for a while, and I wonder if any of you guys would know better than me. I've been gone from the site a while so if this question's already been asked please just link me there and the mods are welcome to lock/delete/move this thread. Anyway, on to the question at hand. Lemartes has Decent of Angels, Death Company do not. Lemartes isn't an IC, as you guys well know, so since he's an upgrade to DC does he give the unit DoA? If not, then he can never use the ability and so it begs the question of why give him the rule in the first place? Is it a misprint?
Mudpuppet
Any blood angelsunit with a jump pack gets the DoA rule, its in the codex in the wargear description: "a blood angels model with a jump pack has the Descent of Angels special rule" Mudpuppet

Volcatus
Don't sweat it. There was a lot of confusion over it when the Codex was first released.

evileyevirtue
This is why it pays to read your codex through. And, once you have a question, go straight to the source. 90% of rules questions can be answered by reading the applicable sections.
Leonaides
though in some cases you need to be reminded where the applicable bit is...
