4th company ultramarine scenery

Hi people

 

The one thing you cant beat on the battle field id a great piece of scenery, and I have just started making my own. I appreciate it is hard to find time for both army\'s and scenery, so alot of people dont bother. :P

 

This is something that I knocked up ages ago and never posted, I got destracted with a terminator squad that I had to get done for a game.

 

Originally the Idea behind the crash site was to use it a mission objective. Its one of three speeders I brought cheap off ebay that had been assebled poorly. :devil: Once I had descided I was never going to use em I smashed one up and arranged ig into a creater, simple. ;)

Thats pretty damn cool actually, thought I'd add some grass/foliage to the top of the LS since it looks like it crashed a little while ago.

 

But I think that would make for a great piece on the table

Great objective! I think it would be a neat idea for a "Blackhawk Down" battle where the SM are trying to rescue an elite squad and the enemy is trying to capture them first.

The only thing i'd say as a criticism is that the crashed speeder looks damn near pristine. No scorch-marks, scratches, battle-damage etc. And the front of it is totally gone. Just looks a bit wierd. But other than that its a damn good objective. nice one.
