For reasonable advice, we lack context. Regular play or tournament? What terrain is normally in use? What opponents do you usually play and how do they set up their armies? What are your preferred tactics?

Also, we have the codex, and it is against forum rules to post all of the stat-lines and points for individual items; just post the total cost for each unit. Here is the subforum where Space Wolves army lists go: Linky. Go there and see how the others have formatted their lists, and that is where you want to look for feedback. When I get a chance later tonight I'll try to take a look and give you some actual feedback on the list.
