Rule question

I'm pretty sure this is right - and it seems clear in the rule book - but I have been caught out by this type of thing before where there is a rule snuck somewhere else which I missed.

 

In an open topped vehicle, namely a orc truck, any of the occupants can shoot because there are no fire points. BUT I assume the same rule applies - that if the vehicle moves, then this counts as the occupants have moved - and so any heavy weapons (such as lootas) would not be able to fire if the truk had moved at all.

 

Just wanted to check.

yeah.

open topped doesn't over rule the usual rules about vehicle movement/occupants shooting.
