Thanks. I appreciate the nice replies.

 

I use the mechrite red foundation over black primer. Then I use 1 or 2 layers of blood red over that. Once that is done I wash heavy with badab black and then i go back with thin layers of blood red until I like the way it looks.

Which mould lines are you referring to? Could you be more clear please :D

 

If you mean the bumps along the bases then ya I guess I could have tried to smooth that down. I originally used elmer's style glue to put all the basing on but it started peeling up on the edges so I had to go back and reseal everything with super glue which caused those bumps.

 

I probably could go back and redo the base edges but I also have 50+ more models to paint..heh.

Colour scheme is good, I like the blend on teh grey - but one REALLY bad point - file away your mould lines - sometimes I only notice them when I have undercoated, but still I file them away where I can..

 

The arms - they show quite badly on them, especially when there is a lovely paint job on em...
