douchie
Hi All, I've been collecting myBA force since December & now have quite a decent sized army. (see link in signature for pictures of these models) I'm keen to try different builds with my force & have therefore built a conversion to represent Seth. Fluff-wise this will be the Captain of my strike force. Gaming & rules wise this will be Seth. Is there anything stopping me from fielding a 'counts as' Seth model that has been purpose built to be a BA Seth? I.e. can Blood Angels field a Flesh Tearers Character? Brother Tyler
Yes, Seth can be in your Blood Angels army (and vice versa). Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/210501-seth-in-a-blood-angels-army/#findComment-2506229 Share on other sites
Brother Biskit
There’s nothing stopping you using a counts as anything so long as the model is the appropriate size. GW just gives named characters for fluff reasons otherwise just take them as single choice HQs to add some extra variety to the tabletop. I'll be creating my own counts as Seth soon 'cos for his points he’s just awesome. I going to put him in a razorback with a regular assault squad for smaller games. Or in a rhino/ Landraider with Corbulo & a larger reg assult squad for bigger games. How do you plan on equipping the assault squad? For that matter, what kind of squad benefits Seth the most? I was contemplating getting Seth and making a dedicated squad for him to run around with. I could make a special razorback with assault cannon all painted up with flesh tearer icons and whatnot.
