Depends what your partner is taking. Unless the nob player is the partner.

Firstly you would take what you need. Grey Hunters. Meltas are standard, so two lots of 155 for 310, plus most probably a rune priest for an afforable, yet strong leader. Only issue is if Orks is your partner, then chances arre they will want some reliable anti tank that Orks are simply not that great at. 4 meltas provide reliablity on a great unit.

410. Could add 70 for a pair of Rhinos, but space already looks tight.

340 Points left can get you 2 full packs of Long Fangs with Missles at 280 points, leaving you with 60 points for other upgrades. A lone Wolf with Mark could be cheap infantry killer, or give him a chain fist so he can tear through tanks and probably assist on infantry.

Another way to use those points is Thunder Wolves. 3 Individal Thunder Wolf with Hammers will cost 80 points each, giving them stormsheilds 110 points each. Thats 330 spread across 6 pretty tough wounds. Possibly 15 attacks from 3 different Thunder Hammer. Increadably dirty yet quite suitably fluffy for the clinically insane Space Wolf. Between the Thunder Wolf and the Nobs, it's pretty likely one of the two units will smash into the oppoment.

Edit: If your going to give the Lone Wolf anything, may as well give it a chain fist for smashing tanks. Against infantry, chances are it will be supported by the hunters anyway, forcing them to direct attacks between the extremely durable Lone Wolf to stop him delivering his playload or the Grey Hunters.

Sorry I wasn't clear. I will be playing against Nob bikers.

I know Hunters are cool. And Long Fangs are cheap (not what I would call filth). Probably will take both.

I was after some ideas for uber hard/killy units I can match against Nob bikers and Valkyrie spam.

Thanks for the input.

you could do this:

6 Long Fangs,3 Missile Launchers,2 Heavy Bolter 130

10 GH,MeltaX2,Wulfen 170

10 GH,PGX2,Wulfen 175

RP Jaws/LL, Bike,WTT 140

RP Jaws/MH, Bike 135

The Rune Priests on the bikes are there to be as manueverable as the Bikers...you use Murderous Hurricane to make them have the dangerous terrain tests, and one set of jaws to snipe their powerclaw. Or double jaws. The Long Fangs bust any vehicles you might encounter, and the HB will help cut down on the number of Boys you have to deal with. The two squads of Grey Hunters will work good as a screen for the Long Fangs. And their weapons will do nicely against the nobs when the time comes.

For 750 points its a ...pretty dirty list in my opinion.

Uberhard units aye?

Well there is always what I like to call the Iron Priest Strike Force:

Iron Priest-x4 Cyber Wolves, Thunderwolf Mount, Wolf Tooth Necklace-165 Points

Here's another List for your thoughts:

HQ:

Rune Priest-Jaws of the World Wolf/Living Lightning, Murderous Hurricane-100 points

Elites:

Iron Priest-x2 Cyber Wolves, Thunderwolf Mount, Wolf Tooth Necklace-135 Points

Iron Priest-x2 Cyber Wolves, Thunderwolf Mount, Wolf Tooth Necklace-135 Points

Troops:

10 Grey Hunters-Falmer, Plasma Gun, Mark of the Wulfen, Wolf Standard-175 points

10 Grey Hunters-Falmer, Meltagun, Power Weapon, Wolf Standard-175 points

I reduced the Number of Cyberwolves but their still pretty nasty units when they work together

Yeah, I'd go with TWC. I've taken out two 9man regular Warbiker units with a Nob leader with a single TWC w/ a frost weapon. Sweeping advance and good saving rolls ftw! JotWW also does the trick. Pretty much Wolves should be able to kill Orks with JotWW alone. Especially if you know that you are going against Nob Bikers. Our "cheese" is better. Just have a rhino or razorback screen your TWC until they can pounce.

EDIT: Also, Murderdous Hurricane is fun to use as well, but that would require getting into their assault range. Would only really do if you know that you can't get your TWC clsoe enough, or from the safety of a Rhino that will most likely be popped on their turn.

Be warned that Thunderwolves can't take on Nob Bikerz head on. You need to pummel the  out of them first and mop up with The Thunderwolf Cavalry. Murderous Hurricane will make him sweat every time he tries to move. In fact after a round or two of Murderous Hurricanes you Rune Priest will become a target.

A Rune Priest with Living Lightning with Long Fangs will help increase the amount of saves the Nobz have to take. But all the firepower sent towards the Bikerz is firepower that is ignoring the Ork players partner.
