daboarder
if a whole chapter can fall, and it can. Then its not much of a stretch to believe that an isolated battle group consisting of a company and support could fall. Though I agree that their would be a few cut throats. Vodunius
The short story Renegades in Heroes of the Space Marines has a depleted (non-BA) battle company turning traitor for a pretty believable reason. The Apocalypse book (or Reloaded, forget which) which mentions a Red Scorpion Captain going renegade after being bucked over for promotion, with the majority of his company loyally following him into damnation. Wysten
I can easily see a Grey Knight falling over to Chaos before a Blood Angel. And to say that our primarch was Chaos... Is just stupid. Sorry had to say that. 0b :D I can't, it's like saying the Helex makes space wolves immune to falling to Chaos. It's a simple stated fact that marines, aside from Grey Knights, are corruptable. It's stated that Grey Knights are constently tested in faith and exposed to extreme mental condicting selected from the highest quaility of phychic ability, argumented by a level of high quaility equipment and warding that even first founding chapters are rivalled to. Grey Knights are exceptional though these marines bodies fail before their mind do and are trained to fight demons, while most chapters don't have that level of specialisation to resist Chaos in every marine. In the case of most chapter marines, their bodies fail mostly before their minds do, yet there are exceptions. Resistances between verious chapters depends, but they all have recorded fallings somewhere otherwise Grey Knights would not be as exceptional at fighting demons as they are.
