The only way they have to vent anger is with a rivet gun and, well, they must've been mighty angry :D . I suppose it should be enough that all the guns are still pointing the right direction. Slyen Posted September 27, 2010 Share Posted September 27, 2010 I really like the concept. Not a huge fan of the Landspeeder. Maybe its just the approch you took. I dislike the props on the land speeder along with the missile pods, maybe just a differant weapon load out would be better. I don't know really how I would go about improving it but it just does not look right let alone flyable. The Terminator I have a similar issuer with. It looks better than the Landspeeder by far, but still I have issues with it. Again, don't know how I would really work on it and it might just be how the limbs are set up tht bugs me. I did see someone do a conversion (somewhere on B&C) where an assualt squad that looked like they were in diving or space suits. Besicly they just did a kind of bubble over where the helmet was and had a view port in it like the one on a dreadnought sarcophigi. I liked that one. I do love the head swap idea on the scout, though as people say it looks to fearl, ork-ish, or ogryn-ish. West Wind Productions makes minitures for something called "Secrets of the Third Reich". They also do head sprues much like Pig Iron does. Not sure how they work with 40k stuff, but they should match up. Looked into them for so IG conversions orignally but never picked them up. The dreadnought conversion I love though. Even though the chainsaw seems out of place, it makes sense. After all, gun line dreads still have melee attacks. If you were going to swap it out though I would say do it with another sensor bit like on the other side. Looking forward to seeing more of your work!
