gmurie Posted September 25, 2010 Share Posted September 25, 2010 I'm not sure whether I should just dull coat him, base him, and call him done. The red flesh merging into Iron Warriors metallics was a bit of fail, but not too bad. Were I to do him again I'd do him in metallics and black from head to toe. I don't want to do too much more work on the wings, since I don't want the wings distracting from the head, torso, and sword. There are some touchups that still need doing, and yes I suppose I do need to push the highlights and shadows some more. Perhaps I'm just burned out and need to work on something else a while. This is part of an army that I want finished before February, and I still need to finish six scratch built (damn near sculpted from scratch) obliterators, a massively converted defiler, and two more rhinos for certain. Perhaps even an additional rhino with Chosen in it for my chaos sorcerer to hang out with. Perhaps some sort of black line to indicate where the glove starts? Because it doesn't look like the hand is in the glove, more like it's just... there.
