Question on Psychic Shooting Attacks

I tried finding an answer in the rulebook, but couldn't find a definite statement. Could someone please point me to the page that tells you if Psykers may make more than one shooting attack per turn or not?

In short. No. A regular (non vehicle, MC) psyker (or model for that matter) may only make 1 shooting attack (psychic or otherwise) in any given turn, unless they have a special rule which says they can (like Ahriman). So your average Librarian, Rune Priest, Etc. may only use 1 psychic shooting attack per turn, even if they may use 2 powers per turn

Special note- Monstrous Creatures can shoot two weapons a turn. If a Tyranid, for example, had both a psychic shooting attack and a normal weapon it wanted to fire it would certainly be capable of doing this.
