Dawn of the DEAD

I got very excited about this when I read it on break at work, and played with my friend as soon as I got off. We added a few extra things, and they were loads of fun. Here's what we threw in:

The zombie player gets access to 1 tank zombie, which he can deploy from any table corner during his movement phase on any turn after turn 2. His stat we used are:

WS BS S T W I A LD Sv

3 0 5 4 5 3 2 10 4+

This guy was fun...think of the tank from the Left 4 Dead games...he soaked up a round of bolter fire, smashed one of the wolf blades in the face, and tied two more up for a turn until giving up the ghost.

The other thing we did was took the survivor idea, putting d6 markers down. We said if one of the wolf blade came in to btb with a marker the wolf player rolled on the following table to see what it was:

1. Infected guardsman-surprise zombie! Counts as being assaulted by the zombie and the zombie went first in cc

2. Guardsman with lasgun

3. Guardsman with combat shotgun

4. Guardsman with las pistol/chainsword

5. Guardsman with heavy bolter

6. Guardsman with flamer

We had fun with it...hopefully you guys will too if you are so inclined to try it.

welcome to the FANG, this is how we roll. Way to represent Space Wolves! i'm glad you and your friend had fun wolf brother! even when i lost, i still had fun! ALLOT of people seem to forget that its not always about winning, its about enjoying a hobby and an army we love and having fun doing it! people tend to forget this was built on a "movie like" scenario where the story is a driving force. its cool you incorporated the Left 4 Dead vehicle idea, this was what i wanted, for people to have FUN. And with the help of several people, i was able to give a basis of what this scenario should become. i'm glad you took it to another level! and people are more than welcome to go from the initial draft, you have a core and base.. feel free to go from there! because we all know, and have read from here.. that people will always add onto or complain about something or another. i opened the door, gave you a fun story, different scenario from your average games you normally play. Now, its up to people to go from there!
