Brother Captain Ed
So, I note the Rhino box only comes with a bolter and a lascannon, but the codex allows for a heavy flamer and a lascannon/plasma gun combo. So my question is simple: How do you go about modeling these "non-standard" (for lack of a better phrase) weapons on a rhino? Or really any model with codex options that aren't in the box? Dark Bjoern
You mean the Razorback. For TL Assault Canons you could use the one from the Land Raider Crusader/Redeemer kit. The Redeemer Flamer Assault Canons could be also used for the Heavy Flamer. For the Lascanon with tl Plasguns you have to make a conversion on your own. Brother Captain Ed
You mean the Razorback. Yes, I do. I was in a hurry. Sorry for any confusion. For the Lascanon with tl Plasguns you have to make a conversion on your own. Yeah, I kinda figured. Hence asking the community what they do for it. Myxx
There are some really good Stronos-pattern (LC and TLPG) Razorbacks on here. Some of the easier looking conversions remove one of the las-cannon barrels for a pair of plasma guns. Epistolary_Kalphanian
Here, and here. See if you can pull something up from those. It's a relatively simple conversion, so it shouldn't be hard to figure out mate. Hemal
You can use the STeam Tank turret to give it a variant Heavy Flamer type weapon. The turret is a little small and not worthy of a predator but this is fine for a Razorback Link to comment https://bolterandchainsword.com/topic/212564-razorback-modeling/#findComment-2532585 Share on other sites
Myxx
I just finished a conversion for the LC/TLPG for my Razorback. I also made my first tutorial (which can be seen here). Koremu
I'm making a Stronos pattern LC/TLPG turret by remodelling a spare Attack Bike Sidecar. Mostly because I like the homage to the open gunner seat of the original model.
