Calacorm Posted October 8, 2010 Share Posted October 8, 2010 Hey all, I am preparing to fight against a 1750 pt demon army, which I never fought against before. I have read the codex and have an idea of what to expect. But I am looking for advice on what type of tactics to expect, what tactics I should employ.. Some more info, is that I we are playing a blitz mission from the 4th edition rule book. (its a large campaign game) and I am the defender. Looking for anything in general or anything specific. Grimtooth Posted October 8, 2010 Share Posted October 8, 2010 Rune Priests with combinations of Tempest Wrath, Murderous Hurricane, Living Lightning, and Jaws really mess with daemon armies hard. Massed fire hurts that majority of daemons due to them only having an inv save. Most daemons do not have assault grenades so sitting in cover firing on them and then counter attacking when they charge can wipe out a daemon unit easily.
