Or if you ever wanted to go larger then what a standard battle company would be you'd be fine. No matter how big, or small, you built it you would be fine. Also, if I remember correctly, each company recruits it's own blood claws, who then stay with the company while becoming grey hunters, long fangs, wolf guard, lone wolves, corpses. Also if I remember the third Space Wolf book correctly, Ragnar and his pack were part of Berek Thunderfist's Great Company. Also, Ragnar went straight from Blood Claw to Wolf Guard to Wolf Lord and it says on page 55 in the fourth and fifth paragraphs that his Wolf Lord was Berek thunderfist and that he was elevated to Thunderfist's Wolf Guard. Blood claws are simply reinforcments into space wolves company f.x. a blood claw pack is lost in battle and then the next time that company comes to the fang it gets a new blood claw pack.
