Ravenwinghost
Can anyone tell me what magnet sizes are being used to swap weapons for marines and also for bikes, speeders, and dreads? Codicier Ignatius
I would suggest 1/16" diameter by 1/32" thick magnets for use on marines and bikes. They're small enough to fit into the shoulders and wrists. For vehicles, I use 1/8" diameter by 1/32" thick magnets. The larger size gives you a bit of extra strength for the larger weapons that vehicles generally mount. Tanhausen
Metric system here... 3x1 mm works perfect for shoulders and basically any weapon. To give you an idea, its like 1 of the circles in the 8 in your keyboard, just above letters "u" and "i". *** now that you checked that, and pick up your head :P *** I recentrly bought 1.6x1mm ones for tactical marines wrists... should do better, since 3mm is probably too big for that. Anyway, I suggest magnetizing arms instead of wrists if possible: easier to carry and harder to lose!
