combining with tzeentch ?

well i hate to reply a question with more questions but i think this is not avoidable.

1- what are you running currently?

2- what models do you have at your disposal?

3- what points levels are you playing at normally?

4- whats your monetary budget for building onto your army?

5- whats the play style you truely enjoy, besides whatever list owns the most.

unless i know a bit more i can just ramble for days on the strengths and weaknesses and about my opinions and experiences. would be great to focus an answer what seems right for you besides addressing the obvious short comings of tzeentch.

but i can give tips for mono tzeentch lists. Go "Godzilla"!!!! 5 monstrous creatures pretty much makes up for crap hth. use your screamers and flamers to protect flanks and ambush vehicles while using horrors to back up your greaters and princes. hang a couple horrors units back for objectives. i used 3 larger 16 man units for holding the center and 3 6-man units for filling in gaps and blocking charges to my larger units. the screamers are great at stunting movement with their hit and run plus they are cheap so they are ok for using as sacrificial troops. in mono games i run 8-10 man units. usually two units. charge enemies and line up a unit of flamers and horrors behind them. they almost always last my assualt turn and sometimes the enemies. if they survive pull them out and blast them with the horrors and flamers. if they die just make sure you lined up the firing squad far enough away to avoid follow up moves. mono tzeentch is a give and take game. it truely takes some judgement on your opponent and a bit of luck to be successful. but thats the chaos way :P

Thats not bad advice really, if you wanna stay mono-god. Just remember to deck out your Daemons Princes as HtH units, not shooters. You could either take 2x Lords of Change or 4x Tzeentch Chariot Heralds since they both do the same basic job of being durable shooters. Lords of Change have better but not great assault abilities.

what do you think ?

I will assume by MoS on your Heralds you mean MoT in which case they look fine. Some like to have Breath on thier T-Heralds but I think your stuck on points in order to afford it for all of them.

PBs at 10 seems a bit high to me. I might try taking them down to 7-8. Move the points over to horrors to boost them up. Yes 5 man is all you need for a bolt squad but you can loss 5 to a single squad of marines double tapping. More bodies more wound saturation.

IMHO (and please take it as just that an opinon) Soulgrinders are either take it or leave it Heavy choice. Either you spam all three or you don't at all. Sadly this leads to more lists where you are seeing only Princes. But with only 2 choices and 1 of said choices you need to take three of in order to have anything survive doesn't give us much of a choice at all.

I would be inclined to go double prince and again divert points over to maybe a fiends/crusher squad or maybe some screamers (if your going fluffy). 3 packs of 3 screamers to jetbike around the table popping tanks.

The biggest thing about this list i see is, save your T-Herald and single prince, your list is very static and can't catch up to anything with a decent movement to it. This will leave you DSing in and your oponnent merely moving far enough away to widdle you with dice rolls while you try and slug across the table to catch up. Not impossible but then why give your opponent a tactic to abuse you with. Fiends, Screamers, another winged prince, all proved your army a bit more mobility.
